ISS took part in the Russia-India Business Summit in New Delhi
On October 4-5, 2018, the annual Russia-India Summit was held in New Delhi, dedicated to the development of cooperation between Russian and Indian companies. The summit was organized by the Confederation of Indian Industry and the Business Council for Cooperation with India with the support of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation. One of the participants of this event was ISS.
The event included business missions of Russian companies to India, organized by the REC (Russian Export Center) with the support of the All Russia Public Organization Business Russia and the Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (FICCI).
On October 4, a business program was opened by a panel discussion on the topic “Business in India: Opportunities and Prospects for Trade and Economic Relations”. In concert with the representatives of the largest Russian companies, members of the General Board of Business Russia, Clover Group and Surya Group took part in the discussion.
On the second day of the business summit, Minister of Economic Development of Russia Maxim Oreshkin and Minister of Trade and Industry of India Suresh Prabhu greeted those present.
ISS – Intelligent Security Systems participated actively in a series of presentations by Russian export-oriented companies in the framework of the plenary session “Russia – India: from prospects to real projects”, conducted with the input of Deputy Minister for Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Oleg Ryazantsev, and Andreas, the head of REC Andrey Slepnev. The summit participants were presented innovative solutions of the company, developed for such urgent directions of development of the Indian economy as “Smart City” and transport.
Together with other participants of the business mission, the representative of ISS discussed the current situation of trade and economic cooperation between Russia and India, as well as prospects for Russian companies to enter the Indian market.
