The SIP voice communication subsystem in SecurOS 10.7 release
We would like to present you major developments of the new SecurOS 10.7 release: new SIP voice communication subsystem; neural network-based detectors: SecurOS FaceX safety mask detector and SecurOS Helmet Detector, as well as porting SecurOS Auto to Linux.
SecurOS 10.7 Main News
Since the SecurOS 10.7 release, the SIP voice communication subsystem is available to SecurOS users. The subsystem provides two-way communication between the SecurOS situation center operator and the communicant.
The telephony subsystem allows working with both SIP devices, including emergency and information support terminals, and softphones, software programs for making telephone calls over the Internet.
Incoming calls from citizens are routed and processed in the general queue by the team of SecurOS operators with appropriate access rights. It is also possible to alert citizens from the operator’s workstation: signal voice messages to SIP devices with loudspeakers.
Implemented SecurOS Face Mask Detector neural network algorithm for safety mask detection on the recognized faces. The mask detector can detect safety masks as well as respirators, and also can detect masks of different colors. Special notification will be displayed in FaceX GUI when a person not wearing a mask is detected.
Improved mask detection algorithm. Significantly improved quality of detection of persons’ faces wearing head coverings or safety masks.
Among other SecurOS FaceX improvements:
- increased speed of face detection algorithm, especially for scenes with multiple people present simultaneously;
- added the ability to receive information of face position for each subsequent video frame, which is important for the implementation of the ACS projects.
SecurOS Helmet Detector
The upgraded monitoring of the use of personal protective equipment detector based on the deep learning technologies and supports NVidia hardware accelerators.
The algorithm uses specially optimized neural networks: the people tracker, helmet detector, and the decision-making unit for infringement when a person without a helmet is fixed in a specific control area. All calculation passes are aligned and optimized, allowing the detector to operate with high precision in various conditions including through non-cooperative human behavior.
The most significant improvements of the under vehicle surveillance system in SecurOS 10.7 release are:
- implemented advanced HDR algorithm which allowed to achieve a better quality of the vehicle bottom image;
- implemented the ability to use magnetic field sensors to detect vehicles approaching the control point.
SecurOS ProxCom 211M
The SecurOS ProxCom ACS metadata controller provides hardware integration at the Wiegand code sending level into virtually any ACS controller. The integration allows the use of facial recognition (SecurOS FaceX) and license plate recognition (SecurOS Auto) results as credentials for authentication.
Implemented the ability to create keypoint-based tours for PTZ cameras, recording them directly to the SecurOS configuration, not using the appropriate functionality of the chamber itself. This simplifies the configuration and allows uniform operation with different PTZ devices regardless of their limitations in dealing with tours and prepositions. New tours can be created only for cameras that support the ability to retrieve and set the current PTZ position using absolute coordinates.
And many other interesting improvements including theupdate of PostgreSQL, neural network filters in Tracking Kit III, ability to export video-archive into Evidence-file format, support of Emergency Services in MCC Direct Connect.
SecurOS Auto 10.7 Main News
- Implemented ability porting SecurOS Auto to Linux
- Improved 64-bit module architecture
- The list of recognized license plates is expanded and the quality of recognition is improved for Mexico, Dominica, Uruguay, Moldova, South Africa, Oman, UAE, Sri Lanka, Palestine, Latvia, Poland, and Turkey.
