ISS takes part in the «Digital Factory: smart factories and digital industries»
On March 24, ISS took part in the conference and presented the report “Ensuring the safety of personnel and monitoring of compliance with the production regulations at the enterprise using video analytics technologies”
At the online conference, the industry experts discussed topical issues related to the implementation of digital technologies in a modern enterprise and practical examples of the application of the industrial Internet of things, artificial intelligence, and robotic technologies.
The head of the ISS design and production department Sergey Vyazmikin gave a report “Ensuring the safety of personnel and monitoring of compliance with the production regulations at the enterprise using video analytics technologies”. Sergey told the conference attendees about the possibility of using a sensor based on neuro network detectors, stereo, and semantic analysis to meet the challenges of monitoring staff actions. By using advanced technologies at key production sites, it is possible to analyze human actions without interfering with technological processes. This, in turn, makes it possible to detect violations of established regulations and norms on time. ISS products and solutions ensure control of the appearance of a person in the wrong place, the wearing of personal protective equipment, the detection of sanitary regulations violations, and a number of other situations and scenarios characteristic of a modern enterprise. The specialized software module for labor protection and industrial safety allows managing the received data on violations. This module makes it possible to inform the operator about violations and create different statistical reports.
Within the discussion, the experts also discussed how the use of digital technologies changes the manufacturing process and what is the economic impact of their implementation on enterprises.
