ISS Support & Maintenance Standards

The ISS Company pays particular attention to technical support and maintenance of their projects. The expansion of services list, its refnement and response rate acceleration, as well as a continuous staf qualifcation improvement are an integral part of technical support team activity. All services are provided in accordance with ITIL International Industry Standards.

ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) is a set of detailed practices for IT service management (ITSM) that focuses on aligning IT services with the needs of business. ITIL describes processes, procedures, tasks, and checklists, which applied for establishing integration with the organization’s strategy, delivering value, and maintaining a minimum level of competency.
